How do I share my screen?(OLD VERSION)



Troubleshooting Screen Sharing- (Windows and iOS)


  1. How to add the screen sharing extension in google chrome browser.



Imp Note:  Please ensure to use Regular Google Chrome Windows only.


Step-1:   Copy the link 
and paste in the chrome browser. The Extension page will be open:



Step-2:   Click on “Add to Chrome” button.

Step 3: A Pop-up will appear. Click on 'Add Extension' button here.



Step 4: You will get a popup confirmation message that the extension has been added to browser.



Your screen sharing extension has now been added.

Step-1: Open the URL provided for Exam in Chrome Browser


  1. Please enter the User Name and Password as given in your admit card/email for the exam
  2. Click on ‘Login Button’



Step-2: You should be move to the dashboard page wherein the scheduled exam will be visible to you.






Step-3:  Screen-sharing can be done by adding the EXAMONLINE SCREEN SHARING EXTENSION to the google chrome browser  

Once the candidate has added the ExamOnline screensharing extension he/she will be able to share the screen and proceed to the next step, where the candidate will get a popup of SHARE YOUR ENTIRE SCREEN 

Step 2: Click to Share
Step 1: Click here to select entire screen, only then the ‘share’ button will get enabled. Go to Step 2
          


The candidate will be able to share the entire screen

STEP-1:     Click on the settings 
STEP-2:     Go to system Preferences 
STEP-3:     Privacy & Security 
STEP-4:     Screen Recording 
STEP-5:     Enable screen sharing for google chrome (for which the user will be asked to enter password)
