To initiate the Evaluation process, your first step is to create a user assigned with the "Evaluator" role. To do this, you can access the "How to create a user" article.
Step - 1: Once a user is created with the role of 'Evaluator,' navigate to the action button next to the evaluator and click on 'Edit,' as shown.
Step 2: Navigate to the exam module, assign the exam to the 'Evaluator,' then click on 'Save and Exit'.
Step 3: To allocate an evaluator navigate to the "Exam" module, click on the action buttons, and select "Allocate Evaluator."
Step 4: Navigate to download button to assign evaluator ID to the candidates.
Step 5: Navigate to the "Evaluators" ( second sheet ), and copy the email id of the evaluator and paste it adjacent to the unique ID for the candidate. As shown below.
Step 6: Save the file and upload it using the file upload option.
