How to Check and Modify the exam status of a candidate.

Step – 1
Navigate to the "Exam" tab. And then click on the three dots from actions menu


Step – 2
After clicking on the three dots a variety of options will open up. Click on "Manage Candidates".


Step – 3
You can now check the status of the candidates. If you wish to change a status, click the three dots under 'Actions' and select 'Manage Configuration.'

Step – 4
In the 'Manage Configuration' section, you will find various fields. After selecting this option, you will see four different exam statuses marked as follows:
  1. Registered
  2. In progress
  3. Completed 
  4. Evaluated
To change the exam status of a particular candidate, locate and click on the "Status" field. From there, you can change exam status of that candidate as required and click 'Save & Exit'.
