You can access the 'ExamOnline Administration Portal' by logging in with the provided credentials.

Note: When specifying the "Name of the exam", it's essential to avoid using special characters, particularly the use of "/".
- IBT(Internet Based Exam): In this Type there is no proctoring, however the screen of the candidate can be recorded if configured
- CBT(Center Based Exam): In this type of test the exam happens on site. Internet is not used in this type of exam.
- RPT (Remote Proctored Exam): In this type of exam there is either AI proctoring or a human proctor long with the AI to monitor the candidates.

- Lite – Only AI will monitor the candidates ,no human proctor will be provided.
- Live - Human proctor along with AI will monitor the candidates.
- Photo – The proctor will be able to authorize the candidate based on their photo and ID card image.
- Video - The proctor will be able to conduct a video chat with the candidate during the authorization process.
- None - Candidates will not be required to undergo any authorization before entering the exam.
- Enable Dual Monitor Check –
Enables a compatibility check for multiple connected displays/devices during the system compatibility test
Note: This time is not in addition to the total duration of the exam as the exam timer will continue running in the background during the break.Now the third page of “Exam Configuration” will open where you can configure the Exam Features,
Now the fourth page of “Exam Configuration” will open where you can configure the QP Delivery.
In this panel, you will define the order of questions that will be shown to the examinees.
Fixed: Same set of questions will be there for all the examinees.
Random: Questions will be picked randomly from questions bank.

Now the “Instructions” page will open where you can add instructions in multiple languages,
"You will choose the exam medium, with the default language set to English, and optionally, you can select multiple languages as needed. In the instructions panel, you should define the instructions that will be displayed to examinees at the start of the exam, in all the previously selected languages. Afterward, click 'Save & Next'."

Step – 6
Note: This step should be done after the creation and review of the Question Bank.Now the “Sections & Questions” page will open where you can associate questions to exam, then click on Add Section.



Step – 8
The Review Page will open, giving you an opportunity to verify the specified exam details before publishing it.
Step – 10
After checking
all the necessary steps, you have to go to the bottom of the “Review
Page” and click on “Looks Fine. Let’s Publish”.
Hence the Exam is Created.
