If required, this feature can by used to manage a large number of candidates. Example: If there is a specific course in a college/school that has a large number of candidates giving different exams in an exam cycle. These candidates can be grouped according to their specific exam in the sub list feature.
Step – 1
Navigate to the "Candidate" option in the left-side menu and select the "Create List" tab.
Step – 2
After naming your "Candidate List," click "Save" to proceed.
Following the previous step, click the "Three Dots" icon located just below the "Actions" column. This action will trigger a dropdown menu.
Select "Create Sub List" from this menu.
Step – 4
Provide a name for your "Sub List," then click "Save".
Step – 5
To add candidates to the sub-list, click the "Plus" button to expand the tab.
Step – 6
After expanding the tab, you'll see the sub-list details. Click the "Three Dots" icon located just below the "Actions" column. A dropdown menu will appear, select "Include Candidate" from this menu.
Step – 7
A pop-up window will open. Here, you should select candidates from the "Excluded Candidates" list and move them to the "Included Candidates" list by clicking the center button, as illustrated in the image below or vice- versa as required.
Once you've moved the desired candidates, click "Save & Exit."
