How to evaluate the answer sheets

You have to first allocate an (Evaluator) and associate it with an exam(Note: You can check the process of allocating an evaluator in another article ("How to allocate an evaluator")


Step - 1
Login to the admin portal using the Evaluator credentials. In the top-right corner, you will see legends showing:
  1. In Progress 
  2. Pending
  3. Evaluated
Select the desired exam from the dashboard and click on the "Continue Evaluation" button.

Step - 2
You will be able to see the questions that are to be evaluated. In the top-right corner, there is a button that allows you to select the order of the question paper as either:
  1. Question: If the evaluation is by question then, the evaluation will be on a question-by-question basis.
  2. Candidate: If the evaluation is by candidate then, the evaluation will be on a candidate-by-candidate basis.

Here the view type is selected as "Question".



Step - 3
Navigate to the action button and click on 'Evaluate' to assess the candidates' answers.


Step - 4
The evaluation page will open, allowing you to review each question and the candidate's response. To assign marks to a question, click on 'Marks'.



Step - 5
You can also evaluate the paper from the candidate's perspective, as outlined in Step 2. In this case, the view type should be set to 'Candidate.'



Step - 6
To evaluate actions individually, click on the action button and then click on "Evaluate".

  2. Evaluate


Step - 7
After evaluating the answers, click 'Save' to record the marks. Then, navigate to the evaluation module to view the status of the process.
