How to run the system compatibility check during the examination

Step – 1

Copy and paste the exam URL from the admit card/email in the google chrome browser and login using the received credentials.





Step – 2
Now the candidate can click on "Start" button and continue the exam.


Step – 3

After logging in click on the “Start” button for the exam, and grant access to the camera/microphone/locations. On the terms of use screen, click on the “Accept and Continue” button to proceed ahead.



Step – 4



Step – 5
You will now be directed to a page where a system check process will run. Initiate the same by clicking on the "Begin Process" button, as illustrated in the image.



Step – 6
The system check process verifies all the requirements as shown in the right column. In the first step, your internet connectivity will be tested, as shown in the image.



Step – 7
In the next step, your camera and microphone will be tested. Access to the same was granted previously on the terms of use screen.



Step – 8

Now you will be asked to click a picture to check the webcam as shown in the image.

NotesNOTE: This picture will be used for the authorization purpose.



Step – 9
Now you will be asked to click a clear picture of the front side of your identity card as shown in the image.



Step – 10
Screen sharing: Now go to Entire Screen tab and select the screen in the pop-up as shown in the image in order to give access of the whole screen, then only the share button will be enabled to proceed further.



Step – 11

After sharing your screen wait for the process to end.

Notes
NOTE:
  1. Do not click on stop sharing button until the examinations ended.(You can only allow to click on hide button)
  2. Do not refresh the page.




Step – 12

Now at the final process of system check, AI proctoring is compatible for your device or not.

NotesNOTE: On the left-hand side you can see the device configuration details, that is required for the device to be compatible.



Step – 13
After the system check process is successfully completed “All Done” will be displayed on the right-top corner and you can click on the “Continue to proceed further.
