How to run the system compatibility check on ExamOnline App

Step – 1
After clicking "Continue" on the ExamOnline App, the following image will appear on the screen. The candidate is required to click "Accept and Continue" to move to the next stage.



Step – 2
You will now be directed to a page where a system check process will run. Initiate the same by clicking on the "Begin Process" button, as illustrated in the image.



Step – 3
The system check process verifies all the requirements as shown in the right column. In the first step, your internet connectivity will be tested, as shown in the image.



Step – 4
In the next step, microphone will be tested. 



Step – 5

Now you will be asked to click a picture to check the webcam as shown in the image.




Step – 6
Now you will be asked to click a clear picture of the front side of your identity card as shown in the image.




Step – 7

Now at the final process of system check, AI proctoring is compatible for your device or not.



Step – 8
After the system check process is successfully completed “All Done” will be displayed on the right-top corner and you can click on the “Continue” to proceed further.
