How to Send Email Communication to an individual candidate

Step - 1
To send a registration email to the candidate, first click on the 'exam' icon on the left side. Then, go to the 'Actions' option for the specific exam.



Step - 2
Upon clicking 'Actions,' a dropdown menu will appear. Select the 'Manage Candidates' option from the list.



Step - 3
Click on the 'Actions' button next to the specific candidate to whom you want to send the email. Then, select 'Send  Email' from the dropdown menu, as shown in the image.



Step - 4
From the Send Email popup window, select the email template you want to use for sending the communication.



Step - 5
Finally, click on Send Email to send the required email to the candidate.
