How to send device compatibility link to the candidates

Step – 1

Navigate to the exam icon on the left, then click on the actions button for the specific exam from which you need to send system check emails to the candidates.



Step – 2

Upon clicking the "actions" button, a dropdown menu will appear. Now, choose the "send system check mail" option from this dropdown. As shown in the image.



Step – 3

Once you click on "send system check mail" you will see a notification as shown in the image.



Step – 4

After clicking the link in the email you received, you will be directed to a page where you can initiate your system check by clicking on the "Start system check" button, as illustrated in the image.


Step – 5

Now the system check process will begin and will check all the check requirements as shown in the left column. You will have to give access to microphone by clicking on allow followed by next button ,as shown in the image.



Step – 6

Now you will have to give access to camera by clicking on allow and click on next as shown in the image.



Step – 7

Now the candidate will be asked to click a picture to check the webcam as shown in the image.



Step – 8

Now the candidate will be asked to click to scan the QR code to check the secondary camera as shown in the image.



Step – 9

Now the candidate will be asked to click to share the screen to check for the screesharing as shown in the image.




Step – 10

Once all the check requirement criteria are fulfilled , registration email will be automatically sent to the candidate giving a notification saying mail sent successfully.
