Navigate to the “Candidate” from the left side menu provided and click on “Create List” tab.

Assign a name to “Candidate List” and you need to click on Save and proceed.
Step – 3
Now you are required to click on the "Three Dots" icon located just below the "Actions" column. Once you click on those three dots, a dropdown menu will appear, select "Upload Candidate" from this menu.
Step – 4
A pop-up window will open. Here, you are required to download the "Sample File" provided under the upload button. You can use this file to enter the candidates' details in bulk.
Afterward, you can either browse or drag the formatted Excel file you've created. Alternatively, you can simply click the "Upload" button and select the formatted Excel sheet containing the candidates to upload. Then, click the "Upload" button.
Step – 5
You can now update the candidate details.
Points to remember while updating the details:
- Unique Id: Ensure that no two candidates have the same unique id for a particular exam. (Mandatory)
- Name: Avoid using special characters and line breaks. (Mandatory)
- Identity No: It can either be the same as the roll number or unique. (Mandatory)
- Phone: The phone number of the candidate can be updated here.
- Email Id: You can provide the email address of the candidate.
- Center Code: If there is no specific center code, please input "0" (Zero).
- Slot Id: If there is no specific slot ID, please input "0" (Zero).
Additional info 1: Here you are required to input the system id in order to track the "Arrear" and "Debarred" status of a candidate.
