My screen is blank I cannot See anything. What should I do?

1.If you are attending the exam on browser.

Make sure you are using the latest Chrome Browser. Clear your Chrome cache and cookies.

And then login in the exam again. It is recommended to use Incognito/Private mode when giving exams.

 

2. If you are attending the exam, on Exam App.

Uninstall the Exam App. Clear the cookies and cache.

Open the exam link in incognito and login. Download and install the Exam App again. Start exam.


Note: 
System Requirements
RAM - Minimum 4 GB But Recommended 8 GB or above.
Processor- Minimum i5 or equivalent in GPU.
