After
logging in to the "ExamOnline Administration Portal" with the
shared credentials,
Note:-
- To create a registration form, an exam needs to be created and configured.
- A candidate list needs to be created for associating them with the exam.
- Navigate to the “Candidate” option from the left side menu provided and click on the "Create List" tab.
- Create a Candidate list and Upload a Dummy Candidate into the list.
Step
– 1
After creating the candidate list, go back to the exam menu and click on the 'Action' button on the left side
Once the user clicks on the 'Action' button, a dropdown menu will appear. Then, you need to click on 'AddOns'

Step
– 2
After
clicking on "AddOns" in the previous step, now the new Screen
will open providing several AddOns, Select "Form Buider" for creating
the Registration Form.
After clicking the 'AddOns' button, a new screen will open with three options:
1. Form Builder
2. Slot Management
3. Payment Gateway
After clicking 'Select' in the Form Builder option, click on 'Manage' to create the registration form.

Step

After clicking 'Manage' the following screen will open, allowing the user to edit the registration form.
Candidate
List:
At
the top of the form, there is a dropdown menu labeled "Candidate
List". You need to select the Previously Created Candidate List from this
dropdown list to link the form to a specific candidate list.
Generated
URL:
This
field shows a unique URL that will be created for the form once it's published.
You can copy this URL by clicking the clipboard icon next to it.
Form
Fields:
The
main section on the right side displays the current fields in the form. By
default, there are Mandatory fields for:
- First Name: A text field for the
first name.
- Last Name: A text field for the
last name.
- Email: A text field for the
email address.
- Phone Number: A field formatted
specifically for phone numbers.
Additional
Fields:
On
the left side, there is a section titled "Additional Fields" with
buttons to add various types of fields to the form:
- DOB: To add a date of birth
field.
- Gender: To add a gender
selection field.
- Text Field: To add a custom text
input field.
- Text Area: To add a larger text
input area (for comments or descriptions).
- Select: To add a dropdown
selection field.
- Date Time: To add a date and time
picker.

Step

On
the top right hand side User will find the option to Edit each field, Move the
field and copy the field settings.
To edit each field click on edit option and
following Pop-up will appear

Settings Configuration:
o
Required Checkbox:
- At the top, there is a checkbox labeled "Required."
If this is checked (as it is in the image), the "First Name"
field will be mandatory, meaning users must fill it out to submit the
form.
o
Label:
- The "Label" field is where you specify the label that
will appear next to the field on the form. In this case, it is set to
"First Name." This label is required, as indicated by the red
asterisk.
o
Placeholder:
- The "Placeholder" field allows you to set a
placeholder text that appears inside the input field when it is empty.
Here, it is set to "Name." The placeholder gives users a hint
about what to enter in the field.
o
Tooltip:
- The "Tooltip" field is used to provide additional
information or instructions for users. When users hover over the tooltip
icon (usually an "i" or a question mark next to the field), the
text entered here will be displayed. In this case, it says "Enter
your name."
o
Minimum Length:
- The "Minimum Length" field specifies the minimum
number of characters the user must enter in the field. It is set to
"10" in this example.
o
Maximum Length:
- The "Maximum Length" field specifies the maximum
number of characters the user can enter in the field. It is set to
"20" in this example.
Preview Section:
- On the right side, there is a "Preview" section that
shows how the configured field will appear in the actual form. It displays
the label "First Name" with a placeholder of "Name" in
the input box.
Save, Cancel, Remove:
- Below the preview, there are three buttons:
- Save (Green Button): Click this to
save the changes you've made to the field settings.
- Cancel (Grey Button): Click this
to discard any changes and keep the previous settings.
- Remove (Red Button): Click this to
delete the "First Name" field from the form.
Step

After the User has created the desired Registration
Form, it can be previewed by clicking on Preview Form in the Bottom
right corner before being published.
The following tab will open Previewing the
created Registration Form
