Understanding different user roles

There are different types of roles that can be assigned by the user to their team are as follows:

Customer Admin: 
Role: Manages access to the admin portal. 
Responsibilities: Grants and revokes access to different users based on their roles and responsibilities within the system. 
Handles user registration and account management within the admin portal. 

Evaluator: 
Role: Evaluates the uploaded answer files for the RPT & IBT Exam. 
Responsibilities: Carefully assesses the answers provided by candidates, assigns appropriate marks, and provides feedback as needed. 
Follows a standardized marking scheme to ensure fairness and consistency in evaluation. 

Exam Admin: 
Role: Has comprehensive access to all system features, except candidate upload. 
Responsibilities: Manages and oversees the entire RPT & IBT Exam system, including configuring settings, monitoring user activities, and generating reports. 
Conducts system maintenance and ensures the smooth functioning of the RPT Exam platform. 
Coordinates with other roles to plan and schedule exam sessions effectively. 

Moderator: 
Role: Reviews and validates the marks given by Evaluators. 
Responsibilities: Verifies the marking accuracy and consistency to ensure fairness and accuracy in the evaluation process.
Acts as a mediator in case of disputes or disagreements regarding marks or evaluations. 

PaaS Report:
  1. Accesses PAAS (Proctoring as a Service) specific reports and analytics.
  2. Access to PAAS reports and analytics dashboards (often advanced/technical reports).
Proctor: 
Role: Monitors candidates during the RPT Exam to maintain exam integrity. 
Responsibilities: Observes candidates during the exam, prevents any malpractices or violations, and reports any suspicious activities.
Attends training sessions to learn about exam procedures and protocols. 
Reports any suspicious behavior or exam violations to the appropriate authorities. 

Proctor Dashboard: 
Role: Provides a summarized view of RPT Exams through various metrics and counts. 
Responsibilities: Offers a real-time overview of the exam progress, candidate statistics, and potential issues for better management.
Provides real-time updates on the number of candidates present in each exam session. 
Offers statistical analysis of exam performance to identify trends and patterns.

Question Author: 
Role: Creates question papers for the RPT & IBT Exam. 
Responsibilities: Designs relevant and appropriate exam questions following the exam guidelines and syllabus.
Conducts research to ensure that questions are relevant and up-to-date. 
Ensures that questions are appropriately categorized and tagged for easy retrieval.

Question Reviewer: 
Role: Reviews and validates question papers before they are used in the RPT & IBT Exam. 
Responsibilities: Ensures the accuracy, clarity, and relevance of questions, and confirms alignment with the exam's objectives.
Collaborates with Question Author to resolve any queries or concerns regarding questions. 
Checks for potential errors or ambiguities in the questions and suggests improvements.

Report Viewer: 
Role: Creates and generates reports related to the RPT & IBT Exam. 
Responsibilities: Compiles exam-related data and generates reports for analysis, decision-making, and compliance purposes.
Customizes report templates to present data in a clear and insightful manner. 
Generates exam analytics and trends to assist in decision-making and future planning.

Reviewer Level 1: 
Role: Reviews question papers after they are created and before they are used in the exam. You are not allowed to assign other user along with this role.
Responsibilities: Ensures that the initial set of questions meets quality standards and aligns with the exam objectives.
Provides valuable feedback to Question Authors regarding the quality of questions. 
Collaborates with Exam Admin to address any discrepancies in the question bank.

Super Proctor: 
Role: Oversees and manages the assignment of Proctors for the RPT Exam. 
Responsibilities: Coordinates Proctor assignments, schedules, and any necessary replacements to ensure smooth exam monitoring.
Organizes training sessions for Proctors to improve monitoring skills. 
Oversees the allocation of Proctors to exam sessions based on availability and expertise.
