How to create slots and slot management
Log in to the ExamOnline Portal:
-
Navigate to the ExamOnline portal’s login page.

Enter your registered username and password.
-
Click on the Login button to access your account.

2- Click on the 'Exam' Option:
-
Once logged in, look at the left-hand side of the dashboard.
-
Find the Exam option, which is the second one below the Home icon.
-
Click on the Exam option to proceed to the exam section.

Select the Exam and Access Add-Ons:
-
After the Exam section opens up, you will see a list of available exams.

Select the exam you want to work with.
-
On the right-hand side of the selected exam, click on the three dots (options menu).
-
From the drop-down menu, click on Add Ons to proceed to the next step.

Access Slot Management:
-
After clicking on Add Ons, a new page will pop up.
-
On this page, look for the Slot Management option.
-
Click on Manage under the Slot Management section to proceed with configuring the slots.
5- Select Start and End Dates:
-
In the Slot Management section, you'll be prompted to select the Start Date and End Date for the exam slots.

Choose the desired dates for when the exam slots should be available.

Ensure the dates are correctly set to avoid any scheduling issues. 
6- Enter Time and Set Capacity:
-
Along with selecting the Start Date and End Date, you'll need to specify the Time for the exam slots.

Set the Time for when the exam should start and end.
-
Capacity: Enter the number of participants allowed per slot, based on the requirements.

Once all fields are filled, click on the Create Slot button to finalize the slot creation. 
Configure Slot Booking Time Control:
-
After creating the slots, navigate back to the Slot Management page.
-
At the top of the page, click on the Settings option.
-
This will give you access to the Slot Booking Time Control settings.

In this section, you can:
-
Select the Date and Time for the slots.
-
Choose whether the slots will have a Fixed End Time or not, depending on your requirements.

Adjust these settings as needed.
