How to Install and Run Your Exam Using the Exam App

Step 01-

Log in to your Exam Dashboard using the login credentials you have received.

Step-02-

On the Exam Dashboard, you will see the exam you are registered for under the Scheduled Exams section. Click on Start Exam to enter the exam window.

Step-03-

A pop-up will appear asking for permission to allow the app to make changes to your device. Click Yes to proceed.

If the pop-up does not appear:

• Click on Launch App if the app is already installed on your system.
  

• If not installed, click on Download 64-bit to download the Exam App.
  

Step-04-

Once the app is downloaded, double-click the file to install the Exam App on your system.

Step-05-

When the app starts, the first screen will display basic instructions along with a warning to close all other applications running on your system.
Close any open applications, then close the warning using the cross (X) icon on the top right corner of the warning window.

Step-06- 

After all other applications are closed (except the Exam App), click on the Continue button at the bottom-right corner to begin the exam setup process.
