Troubleshooting AI System Compatibility Check

If your device isn't compatible with the AI System Check, or if the image below appears on the screen,

Please follow the steps below to log in to the exam.

Step 1: Close the exam and navigate to the Google Chrome settings.

Step 2: After selecting "Settings," click on "System."

Step 3: Enable " Use graphics acceleration when available ", the button should turn blue

Step 4: Click on "Relaunch" to relaunch the Google Chrome Browser.

Alternatively, copy and paste the following URL into the Google Chrome browser; chrome://settings/system

Then, enable “Use graphics acceleration when available " and click on "Relaunch."

The Chrome Browser will relaunch and close all tabs. The candidate is then required to log back into the exam portal and begin the exam.

If the issue still persists, please follow the below steps:

Step 1: Copy and paste the following URL into the Google Chrome browser; chrome://flags/#ignore-gpu-blocklist. Similar screen should appear.

Step 2: Enable "Override software rendering list", which is highlighted in yellow and click on relaunch.

The Chrome Browser will relaunch and close all tabs. The candidate is then required to log back into the exam portal and begin the exam.
