What happens if I lose power or network connection during the exam?

What happens if I lose power or network connection during the exam?

Should you experience load-shedding or power cuts, or a drop in your internet connection, or your computer freezes or for any reason you can no longer access the exam link, the following will happen:

  • Your exam timer will be temporarily paused
  • Any answers you have submitted will be saved
  • As soon as you are able to reconnect, log into your account again on the same link and same login details
  • Continue from where you left off

If your computer freezes, best restart your computer. 

If your Google Chrome freezes, best to Quit Chrome and restart.

You will be able to return to the exam and your timer will continue from where you left off. So if you are offline for 10 mins, you will get those 10 mins back.
