• What should I do if the exam URL is not working?

  Kindly copy and paste the exam URL into Google Chrome: https://exam.hostexam.net/. All relevant details are sent to your registered email ID.

• I entered the exam late. Am I still allowed to take it?

  Please contact the exam support team to check if late entry is allowed.

• I’m unable to resume the exam and it tells me to wait.

  Close all Chrome browser windows. Go to Settings > Privacy > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects and allow pop-ups for the exam site. Wait for 3–4 minutes, then try again.

• I got disconnected due to network or power loss. Can I resume the exam?

  Yes, you can log back in and continue. The system auto-saves your responses. If login attempts are used up, contact the support team.

• I’m stuck at the loading screen or instructions page of the exam. What can I do?

  Clear your Chrome browser cache or try in incognito mode. Then log in again.
