• I submitted my exam by mistake. What should I do?

  Please contact the exam support team immediately for help.

  Close all Chrome browser windows. Go to Settings > Privacy > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects and allow pop-ups for the exam site. Wait for 3–4 minutes, then try again.

• I haven’t received my login credentials. What should I do?

  Login credentials are sent to your registered email along with the exam URL: https://exam.hostexam.net/. If not received, contact the support team.

• I got disconnected due to network or power loss. Can I resume the exam?

  Yes, you can log back in and continue. The system auto-saves your responses. If login attempts are used up, contact the support team.
